Terms & Conditions Wraplabs Pty Ltd Wraplabs Pty Ltd (“Wraplabs”, “we”, “us”) provides vehicle wrapping and protection services including Paint Protection Film (PPF), colour change wraps, blackout packages, and related applications. All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise. Quotes are estimates only and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, complexity, or customer requests. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. A deposit may be required to secure a booking or commence custom work. Full payment is required prior to vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers must disclose any existing paint damage, resprays, or surface defects prior to work commencing. Wraplabs is not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing vehicle conditions. To the extent permitted by law, Wraplabs’ liability is limited to the re-supply of services or the cost of re-supply. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Estimated completion times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to vehicle condition, service complexity, or material availability. Vehicles must be dropped off and collected at agreed times. Late collections may incur additional fees. Customers should remove personal items prior to drop-off, as Wraplabs is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles. Customers are encouraged to inspect completed work upon collection and raise any concerns before leaving the premises. For any physical products sold, shipping times are estimates only and depend on courier services. Tracking details will be provided where available. Legal Name: Wraplabs Pty Ltd Refund & Cancellation Policy Wraplabs Pty Ltd Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Due to the custom nature of our work, change-of-mind refunds are not offered on completed services or custom products once work has commenced. If a service is faulty, customers must notify Wraplabs within 7 days of collection. Where required by law, we will repair, replace, or refund the service. Cancellations made within 4 Business days of a scheduled booking may result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows will forfeit any deposit paid. Cancellations made with more than 4 Business days before may be eligible for deposit transfer or refund at our discretion.
